Great portrait shot of this handsome fellow, fotoi!
Very nice shot of this cool looking bird, Richard!

A Pair of Eagles

Very cool capture, Ed!
Terrific capture of the Lincoln's Sparrow, 4huskers! Very sharp image.

So, the white pelicans are back at Ft. De Soto. they're hard to capture close up, they're a skittish bunch, along with some of the other birds that group with them for safety. Handheld with the early morning atmospheric light just starting to lighten them up. Both are cropped and the 2nd shot even more so I lost some detail.

Your shot of the two white pelicans in flight is really nice Kirk, but the first image of the pelicans resting with all the shore birds flying about truly "takes the cake!" If I had taken that shot, I would hang it for sure.

Been a while catching up with the forum, haven't been out taking pictures either. Over 9000 posts!
Managed to get a morning out and took some pictures last week. Still a lot to process.
Grey Heron at sunrise.

Hi Neal...it's been awhile. Glad to see you're back. Very nice shot of the grey heron. The lighting is absolutely beautiful.

Black Swan

Crack'in close up shot of the black swan, Neal! The sharpness and detail are spot on.

Australasian Darter

What a beautiful shot, Pippan! It has a very artistic appeal in my opinion.
I really love both of these reddish egret shots, Kirk! In the first image, there is an almost perfect ring of water droplets circling the egret's neck, and it looks so cool. The second photo shows the reddish egret with a "cock of the walk" look about him. Gotta love this shot for sure. You definitely did some fine photography with these two images.
Two more excellent captures of the reddish egret, Kirk!
