Hi Peter...

So glad to see you got some "keepers" during your visit. These are really great, and now I think I'll go out in the yard for a while to see what I can come up with. :-D

Tom

:). You should. I missed the love birds too. They are really pretty. My friends here can’t believe they are wild over there.

Fourteen ducklings is a might big brood. I hope they all make it.

Outstanding capture, beautifully composed, Paul! This shot is such an eye grabber.

Extraordinary capture, Vassilis!!

Stupendous shot, of this beautiful little Golden-crowned Kinglet, Steve! It is so nicely composed.

Great close-up of the Canada goose, fotoi! Very nice color and the image is tack sharp.

Terrific catch, Phil! I've only seen them a couple of times in my life...never with a camera handy.

This is really a beautiful capture, 4huskers! Great work!

Superb close-up capture of the Savanna Vulture, Judy! They have quite a bit of color in their face and head...whereas our Turkey Vulture only had red.

Thanks Mike. Vultures have gotten a bad rap, I think they're magnificent birds.

I agree, Judy. I think the bad rap comes from the fact that they are not as handsome looking as for example; eagles, hawks, and falcons.

Nice capture! Beautiful bird. I'm still trying to find one.

Thanks, sogs! They're tougher to get than the Ruby-crowned, but I've had some luck looking in pines.
