Nice to see a few of you managed to capture the eclipse this morning. It was cloudy here in Las Vegas so I watched live streams online instead.

Cloudy in southern Oklahoma too. Two in a row I've missed due to clouds.

I've an old skywatcher 200 f5 telescope that I occasionally get out for some moon stuff, also used a asi294mc camera.
I had a 5D4 going as well, attached to both the 600 and the telescope, but haven't had a chance to look at them yet.

Not to the naked eye, but definitely with the exposure capability of a camera. Though there was something special about seeing it with my own eyes with my telescope. Decent binoculars may even work. The biggest challenge is first finding it and then recognizing what you are looking at.

Thank you for that tip! Now I won't go out and try to "see" Uranus. Which I did not think was possible really.
