This has to be one of your best close-up of these little darlings, Richard! It's really a beauty!

Wow. Thank you very much Mike for your very generous comments.

There's a little storey attached to the photo https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19450609

Bit of a purplepatch here just now.

Now this is an unusual interpretation of "Are you looking at me?" Are you suggesting that the answer can be "Certainly not"?

"show me your best are you looking at me shots" ?

Puts meaning into eyes in the back of your head
All mothers have them  Just ask the kids.

Seriously though, the looking at me topic is very subjective.
Try getting up behind a rabbit and you soon discover their field of vision is amazing.
Dogs and cats can see about 150° around from their nose. The horse can see about 350°
Whilst we may think they're not looking at us it's far from the truth.
Is our definition a human one or the reality in the natural world

Once your subjects were lined up for a group portrait and it was time to tell them "Say cheese," would that have been insensitive?

They weren't in a laughing mood.
The feed bins were empty and they were roaring at me in protest. (They get pellets daily)
If I could post video I'd do it.

They're extremely friendly and real stickybeaks.

We get that dairy produce here.

You will no doubt see more of these little beauties
