I think the biggest surprise to me is that they have electricity down there at all Ray  Let alone the electric string to carry it

But times have changed Richard, where have you been?:-) We don’t have capital punishment anymore or send poor unfortunates down-under for minor crimes - that has to be celebrated, surely?

I have several methods for removing wires from pictures but whether you should, or should not remove them depends if you want your pictures for artistic purposes or historical purposes. It certainly helps historians date a picture if it hasn’t been ‘artified’. But that starts a whole new argument off.-?

Ray these days the ships come to you not the otherway round
Agree on the historical bit. But then some historic photos have been seriously doctored here in Tasmania back in the early 1900's just for a prank.

John they are clothes lines to dry the clothes. Reach out upstairs windows and you're right at the coalface so to speak. :p

A concorde in Hermeskeil Germany. It is a museum for planes. In the concorde you can drink and eat something. They have a great display of airplanes and choppers.

A good photo of a lovely aircraft. It's a great shame that the Mk11 Concord never 'soar' the light of day. Bigger and even more beautiful.

Please excuse the diversion, but it seems a shame not to show. It's a large model of the Mk11 and not a Conkordski It was in the Bristol Museum at Kamble, Wilts before they moved to Bristol.

They also had the original wooden wooden cabin mockup there and I wandered around in there a few times when I was the volunteer electrician on the Britannia XM496 that's at Kemble.

Edit : - I nearly forgot, they didn't sell beer in there :-(

The George Inn. Meopham. Kent. UK.
We had a bit of snow yesterday - so I took a walk with the R7 today before the snow melts.
