We went out of Svolvaer (Lofoten Islands). The outfit was called "Go2Lofoten". There were other RIB boat options to go out and see the eagles and the Trollfjord, but these guys were great. They have refurbished an old, wooden whaling ship. They even provided hot soup on the tour. Highly recommended.
