...paintings to be incorporated into my chronochromagraphs (CCGs). (For the chronochromagraph how to thread see https://photography-on-the.net …showthread.php?p=19447197 in the G&N forum)
This hybrid CCG (hybrid is defined by the use of both flash and constant LED lights) features the Oreston 50mm f/1.8 @ f/2.8 and a modified Sigma 12-24 @ 12mm and f/8. It's also a Multi Location Image (MLI), using two different tripods/sets - one for the painting and one to image the model (me ). Exposure time was approximately 90 seconds, during which I opened the shutter, imaged the painting using the 50mm and a flash, capped the lens, removed the camera from its tripod, changed lenses to the modified Sigma, mounted the camera on a different tripod facing a different set, stepped onto the set and posed, turned on the LED lights for 3 seconds via a remote and closed the shutter. Editing in PS is minimal. Going forward I expect to see more complex, subtler images coming from this technique.
