I thought the next outage or electrical storm might reset it, but it has remained off by the same amount despite further storms and outages. I don't see a way to adjust it. Normally, it gets the correct time from a mysterious, faraway source and changes between standard and daylight time automatically. Unless it was India, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and Newfoundland which are a half hour from an integral number of hours. Australia has a mix of 1/2 hour and 15 minute from integral time zones. Nepal is 15 minutes off an integral time zone. And there are probably some I've missed.
