Bore Song. River Thames Tilbury.

Just a shot testing the effects of the UV Filter for front of lens glass protection. This is without the filter. There is definitely a slight but detectable degradation when using the filter which seems to have increased with the MegaPixel count of the sensor.

Hate to post this, but it's the only "big boat" photo I have. It was taken with a Blackberry, so not sure what the EXIF will look like LOL.

In Wilmington, NC ... that's the Battleship North Carolina, and a freighter in the Cape Fear River.

HELIOS RAY (IMO: 9690547) At Tilbury Docks. River Thames. UK.

This ship is a Vehicles Carrier built in 2015 (7 years ago). Sailing under the flag of Bahamas.
Carrying capacity 20903 t DWT. Draught 9.2 meters. Length overall (LOA) 199.97 meters. Width 35.4 meters.

A three shot pano. Downscaling to 1600 pix destroyed the intricate bridge definition so I have posted a shot of the bridge.
