Mediteranean Gull.
The ring (3PEO) on the left leg tells us it was born in Holland in 2020, spent time in France a year later, turned up in Bedfordshire, UK last year before moving down to East Devon, UK, last summer.

Awesome. I like this shot as composed, the fenceposts give you a sense of scale. Very nice.
