I'm currently testing it. The image quality is very good, but I still have mixed feelings about the lens. The AF can get a bit indecisive at times. Using the focus limiting switch helps (if I remember). If I had paid full retail for the lens, I would have sent it back. I've walked just about every radius from that angle... If you pull it up on google earth - basically you're just limited to a ledge area that's almost as tall as the arch - so just getting further away then puts that ledge in your way (I posted one from a distance if you go back a few pages) Thanks for the explanation. I did try google earth. Didn't find that particular spot. Maybe, if I knew the area well, which I don't. I had to start from "I think it's western US area" >>> Pictures? What pictures? <<<<
