Beautiful artistic shot, Jimmy! Very attractive!

Very striking close-up image of this Great Blue Heron, Rich! Great sharpness and detail!

What a wonderful capture of this cute gal, Richard! It is absolutely a crowd pleaser in my opinion. I definitely would get it framed and hung in a prominent location. Exceptionally nice work!

Wow, wow, wow, Steve! What an excellent job of capturing this amazing beauty! I keep going back and looking at it.bw!

Both of these portrait shots are really nicely done, Kirk! You really nailed the sharpness with each of them. To me the crow shot is quite impressive...my favorite of the two.

Both of these are very nicely captured, Kirk! Your low camera angle most definitely adds to the appeal of these shots.

Oh man, fotoi...this is really an outstanding shot of the drake wigeon! Your best that I've seen. It's beautiful in all respects. In my opinion, definitely a wall hanger!

Very nice capture of the Downy Woodpecker, sogs!

Many thanks for the kind words, Mike!

That's a good one!

Nice capture! The snow adds to the scene.

Nice shot!

Many thanks, sogs!
Plenty of snow around here for sure!

Had a Clark's Nutcracker show up in the yard this morning. The resident Steller's and Scrub-Jays kept a close watch, but didn't make any serious moves. A Flicker, however, seemed to be very possessive of a particular pine cone.

Very interesting and beautifully composed series Ken
All in very attractive natural setting

Thanks Richard. I'm glad my neighbors had the foresight to plant that pine tree 60 years ago.

I vaguely remember the dam. We took the boat ride and then hiked some trails.

I see. The dam would've been way off to your left after launching and going out a couple hundred yards. If you go again just ask a ranger or employee how to get to where it used to be. Best place in the park for shots of birds and gators. Well, a place called "Deep Hole" is actually better for alligators but it's on the south end of the park (across the street) and it's a 2 mile walk back to it. You can see it on google map. They only allow about 30 people at a time to go see it. I'm not sure if they take reservations for that.
