Here are a couple of more pics from 8/21/2022 at Pakala Beach, Kauai Hawai'i... Sorry they aren't too sharp but I believe this is Bethany Hamilton (pretty sure that is her logo on the board) , didn't realize that it was her until I was working on the pics in post-processing. I managed to to get a total of 9 pics of her but these were the best ones in my humble opinion.

I lived on Oahu since 1977 and never once I had the urge to go and watch The Eddie...I just don't wanna be bothered fighting the crowd and heavy traffic. However, on my bucket list is to shoot Jaws in Maui when its breaking big.

Hello: went to Steamers last week when the swell peaked. Fairly large with light winds. Supposedly, this was the same swell that hit the North Shore last week-end for the Eddy.
