There is a photographer who specializes in photographing the wildlife of the San Juans. She goes by Deirdre Denali. Are you familiar with her work? They are probably the most scenic spot in CO. Also about a 350 mile drive from where I live, so I only get down there a couple of times a year. Swarming with photographers during the couple of weeks leaves are changing. Nowhere near as many photographers other times of the year.
