I'll second that. Wow to both shots.

All I want is a 10-2000 f/0.5L with no distortion that weighs 100 grams, fits in my pocket, and costs $300. Is that too much to ask?

Morning Moon:

Down under in New Zealand the days are growing shorter fast now, and as I tend to wake up around 5:00am, it's still quite dark. Still, as the sun lightened the sky the contrast between the black of the universe and the brightness of the full moon diminished and so I had to go out and take this: Hand-held.

Excellent shot for being hand held!!!

Thank you - apologies for the late response, have been laid low by a medical condition and not too functional right now.

No apology is needed it has only been a couple of days, plus sorry to hear of your medical condition. I do hope and trust you will be better very soon.

This elephant seal was so close to the parking lot that I had to back up to be able to get her entire body into the frame. But the Sigma also got some great closeups.
