Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is At Home. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

Show us At Home..

Here are the rules:
1. Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives.

2. Shots need to be taken between Tuesday, after the new theme is posted and the following Monday by sunset (Whenever that is for you).
3. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
4. Post your shots at any time during the week.
5. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them) but keep within POTN rules.
As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.
An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK INDEX

That's it!
Have fun!

Nothing special from me this week. Just trying out a new lens on a new-to-me camera.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

2022: a small patch of miner's lettuce appears
2023: it's a veritable miner's-lettuce meadow

This duo felt quite at home on the beach Wednesday afternoon ... despite the high winds, they stuck around for hours searching for pretty sea shell fragments.

And this guy took his home on the road and brought it to the beach, so he could have the best of both worlds.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

At home, looking up through the kitchen skylight at another rainy dismal day.

Getting watched whilst at home - perhaps they were worried about the steak & sausages on my BBQ? dunno...
looks like a film crew in the back so hopefully yours truly doesn't appear in the next crime drama!
