I didn't have my telephoto lens on this side trip to Spain but not bad for a crop. Better than I expected.

That's cool. Where in Spain? I've been to Malaga a few times for work, but it's been quite a few years now. I'm ready to go back.

Our friends are currently in Malaga but we've never been there. That was taken in Sitgas, just outside of Barcelona. It was a side trip. We are staying in Albufeira, Portugal.

RF 24-105 F4. I updated the metadata. I didn't realise it did not add it in automatically.

Question time - does anyone else get the viewfinder image, and only the viewfinder image, wobbling/twitching sometimes?

I've had it a couple of times and I've not spotted a pattern to what might be causing it. What's interesting is that its only the viewfinder image and a quick off-on cures it entirely.

Tools of the trade: Canon 400D, Canon 7D, Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS L M2, Sigma 120-300mm f2.8 OS, Canon MPE 65mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro, Tamron 24-70mm f2.4, Sigma 70mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 8-16mm f4.5-5.6, Raynox DCR 250, loads of teleconverters and a flashy thingy too

I have never experienced such, but I wonder if the problem is as follows? For example, when looking at the photos I have just taken on the screen, I sometimes get my fingers in close proximity of the sensor under the viewfinder's window, which in turn makes the viewfinder flicker on and off.

Quite impressed with the low light high ISO ability of this camera.

ISO 32,000 wow blows away my 90D and R7

Looks fantastic. What have you done for noise reduction (if any)?

I pulled it into Lightroom and envoked Topaz Photo AI and ran it through that, it told me I would get a better result using the Photo AI as a standalone but I didn't. Also AI Denoise and AI Sharpen may give you more control but I thought this came out ok.

I don't mind not buying the RF 24-105L f/4, I got this RF 24-105 F/4-7.1 for $200 used at B&H and with the R6II running ISO 32,000 or 40,000 and getting good results I saved some money.

I was wondering why you shot that at f7.1. Now I understand. At f4 you would have been at about ISO 12,500.I was wondering why you shot that at f7.1. Now I understand. At f4 you would have been at about ISO 12,500.
