After we left we stopped at a place down the road to get some cold drinks and asked the owner if the crowds were always this bad. When I visited back in 2015, there was no charge for entry, no fancy parking lot, and no observation deck. I just assumed it was going to be chaos when I went out there the other morning. _______________
