Very tempting. Mine is at about 250k on the shutter now. I used it as my main for years and it's definitely showing it's wear. Bought it new in 2015 and it's never failed me.

Free bump because this camera will forever evoke a sense of nostalgia within me. I shot so many events and portrait sessions, not to mention major personal life events, that I genuinely felt like I was betraying the camera when I sold it

I'll help keep this alive. The 5dIII was my first Pro body and it just felt right out of the box. Mine now has 250+k on the shutter and in the back of my mind I wonder if this next shot will be the last. More than that, mine is pretty beat up, but still kicks out the same quality as when it was new. I'm not sure Canon still has shutter boxes for it, but even if they do, mine is pretty beat. To me it is one of, if not the best body they put out, and I would love to have another with low mileage on it, and be in like new condition. I bought the 5dIV when it came out, and sold it as never felt right (read: it wasn't the 5dIII. ) This will sell. I'm sure of it. Hopefully it will sell quickly, cuz I check this thread everyday to see if its still available.
