I'm always fascinated by these birds.
They're odd looking things, but always seem to put on a great display and yours shows that admirably

Richard, during certain times of the year, we really have large numbers of cormorants around. I really enjoy photographing them, especially in flight. I get a lot of good practice shooting these guys. I surely agree with you about their odd looks, but thats one of the things that makes them appealing targets.
