Minute 22:25. This is two years old but was in another site and I came across it. I guess he decided to go back to Case 2.

I don't think it matters which Case you use, it's the Tracking sensitivity and Accel/decel settings that matter. Like Mr Whistling Wings, I've been using Tracking sensitivity -2 and Accel/decel +2 (but from Case 1) for a while now and it seems to work well for birds in flight.

Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

Yes. Cases are just presets to help you switch quickly in the field. I fine tune them to my taste just like in his video. For Case 2 he also has Accel/Decel set for +2. They were much more handy to me with my DSLR's that had 6 of them. I used Case 6 a lot for Zone AF while shooting BIF.
