No, it was on I80 somewhere in the middle of Illinois late at night. I'll poke around to see if I can find a link to the story.

I have seen reports that there has been Thousands if not Tens of Thousands of photos and videos out there, a large portion are probably fakes but there is still a percentage that could be genuine and can't be explained.

Problem is...even IF there was some unusual craft with a few lights and you DID manage to get a photo...you just have a photo of a craft with lights...

It could be ANYTHING....

Notice how the "ALIENS" never get close enough so as the photo CLEARLY shows an alien vehicle....not even in the 70 years they've been reported...I mean, NOT ONCE!

Almost makes you think they AREN'T OUT THERE!

Try to photograph a plane at night with the best equipment you have. It's impossible to get anything other than smeary lights. Y'all need to catch one on the ground and get within 100 yards or so to get anything useful. Maybe we could convince a few aliens to give us a air show during the day. They could do some slow display line fly-bys flying all dirty with their alien flaps and alien gear down. Give us a chance at least. But no, they are always flying around at night and out in the middle of no where.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Not with my gear...

I've used my camera and lenses to photograph Jupiter, and you can even see 4 of the moons...

I'm pretty sure a physical alien craft would be relatively easy to capture with modern digital cameas at high ISO...yet there are millions upon millions of digital cameras and NO photos of anything but fuzzy lights....

Try it on a jet. It's not so easy. You might get some smeary lights but I challenge you to get it clear enough to identify the plane type.

I'm reasonable at high speed tracking too, seeing as I shot motorsport for a long time...

I think I could get something legible...

You make a point for both sides here. It could be ANYTHING, including alien space craft. Or it could be the oft referenced weather balloon. But it COULD be alien.

Doesn't that almost you make think they COULD BE OUT THERE?

NO!

It makes me think there's no reason to assume anyone's out there until we have some evidence to suggest there is, and nobody has put forward any creditable evidence in over 70 years…

Lack of evidence isn’t a reason to ponder, it’s a reason to ignore until there IS evidence…

But there have been Thousands and Thousands of videos and photos of UFO type things, even if we counted out half of those as Fake, and half again as normal anomalies - that still leaves a lot of unexplained flying objects and events.

I'm thinking that the percentage of fakes are probably closer to 99% and the anomalies are really good fakes. :)

I guess there will always be the deniers who will only believe that Humans are the Only intelligent race any where and flat rate deny that any life forms exist outside Earth.

Its a shame as the idea that intelligent life forms (more intelligent than us) and possibly Way older than us that they may have helped humans develop on Earth even perhaps helping to build some of our ancient buildings.

Exciting times I think.

I deny no such thing. I do firmly believe that life is abundant in the universe all along the spectrum from simple virus and complex amino acids which are debatabley alive but clearly not inanimate all the way to beings way more advanced that we. However, for those that have figured out FLT and able to traverse the tremendous distances that have to be crossed to make contact, why would they come spy on us and probe our backsides? It makes no sense. FOr beings so far along the technology spectrum as would be needed to come here, we would be nothing more than insects.

Both excellent opinions, both of which support the belief and possibility of ILF outside our fence. Have to go with JJ on this one however, as why ILF would utilize their advanced technology to visit us to check for polyps, unless they are also aware of our poor health system and are doing an outreach program of some sort. I also do believe "they are out there", but we would also be in the infantile stage of development and unable to fully comprehend who they are and what they represent.

Another theory I have been talking to a few other Ufologists about is the possibility that Earth and human life are really young in the time frame of the Universe, and the possibility that an advanced race may have somehow crossed with our DNA to make a more refined human than the primitive man, and perhaps helped with our development and construction of some of the great ancient building like the Pyramids etc etc.
And why visit us now? perhaps they are keeping a look over us like parents would.

We're doing exactly what deniers think is stupid or impossible. Imagine telling the early Romans we send a craft to the moon or to jupiter. They would have locked you up. Look what they did to Galileo. We're sending craft to see what's out there. We're not advanced enough to go so far yet. As far as aliens abducting and experimenting on humans, we did the same thing in the early days of science. We dissected different animals and humans to see what was inside and made us and them tick. If we have or had a dead alien being, the first thing scientists would do is dissect it. There's billions of galaxies and star systems. It is not known how many planets may exist. If anyone thinks we're the only intelligent life.......
