I guess that $80 million aircraft doesn't come with a GPS tracker??? lol
The truly concerning thing here is is that the majority of the general population won't even question this incident.

Most of the population may not question it. They are caught in their lives, or politics that don't help the country.

For myself, I'll wait until the investigation is done before doing much double-guessing of the people involved.

Ugh! My mistake. I get those two planes confused. Blame it on old age. -?

The F-22 is the better looking one, the F-35 is the fat one.

Nicely imaged. I'd fly either. But both of them are beyond my skill set.

"Officials said the debris was found in Williamsburg County some two hours northeast of Joint Base Charleston, which is now handing off command to the Marine Corps.
Two hours by car or plane?"

I hate when they use such imprecise measurements:

As the story is about the F-35, is that 2 hours by F-35? If so, top speed or cruise speed. If cruise speed, at what altitude? Or is it by car, or walking, or snail? It could be inches north of the base to over a thousand miles. That's a pretty big range. Why not just say "it was 50 miles or 100 miles" something we can comprehend.

Two hours by car or plane?

I had the same question. If by car, then at the speed limit or the way people actually drive? On icy roads, in a snowstorm, or in warm weather? Any detours around construction? Middle of the night or commute hours? Et cetera.

I guess they were too committed to getting the news out to think about how it would hit readers' minds.

As a former avionics tech, I'd like to work on these aircraft.
But since I'm 18 y/o with 50 years of experience, that's not going to happen. ;-)a

Remember, posts must be photography related. So I'll fix that...

If I understand the Lounge rules correctly, I do not believe the Lounge requires any photos at all.
