Do you like abstract macros ? Details so tiny that you have to guess what the subject is. Could you say what is depicted here ?

Love this but I have little idea what it is. Insect wing?

Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

Mystery closeups are neat. There is a thread here at POTN where people post closeup photos and others have to guess what it is. Yours looks like it could be a blade of grass.

Thanks for your comments. It's a tiny part of a Pjalaenopsis Orchid.

Have a nice day and take good pictures.

Just grass, a few strands of spider web, droplets...

Yeah, I’m consistently impressed with iPhone 13 images.

Do you use only the inbuilt editing options or do you have Lightroom for mobile? Asking out of curiosity. Am planning a trip to USA for a family reunion and am reluctant to lug my heavy 5dMk3 around now that I can't carry heavy gears for long periods. Inclined to use my iPhone 13 Pro this time..

I use the included Apple software on my phone for most editing tasks, although I do have Photoshop Express on my phone as well.

I setup a stage today, in order to photograph the insects that are inside my Burmite Amber. There are more inside than I thought !
For now, I concentrated on three prominent insects that were close to the top surface, and fairly close together.
The insects are estimated to be 65 million years old.

A couple images taken with my newer Canon R6 MKII and the Canon 85mm F2.0 Macro. Not a true 1:1 but still a very nice lens.
