Some more shots from the Red Kite Stages Last Sunday near Llandovery,

After a bit of a disaster shooting in RAW on the Previous Rally i tweeked some settings on the camera and got much better results, some attached below.

All taken with the 1D MK2 with the 70-200 f2.8 Mounted

Some good action there Jon, but the images are a little flat for me. I had a look at the shot of the yellow Evo VII in photoshop and I was able to come up with some more contrast and saturation just by readjusting the white and black points. I'd post it up if you're happy for me to put up the edited version.

yes put it up by all means...

i tend not to add to much saturation etc... as most of my prints are printed at A3+ for customers and this adds a a small but noticeable amount of 'noise' when viewed at this size, but for viewing on a pc i agree with you boosing the contrast etc.. a little more is better,

Will take this into account in future uploads.

Just using curves to adjust the white, black and mid point. No other adjustments.
