Nice job, I'm diggin these. What are V8 Supercars anyway? I don't think I've ever seen them here in America, is it a series?

It's an Australian series, and they're freakin awesome!! Check them out on SPEED channel - I was hooked the first time I saw it. Tons of action in their races. I hope they bring them to the states some day.

Amazing shots mate, im guessing you had a fence hole to work with? Love the blur in the first one. If only the HRT cars weren't such a horrible shade of red. Cant wait for your images from the days of the races.

The HRT cars' colour is really weird. It's kinda like that Marlboro colour that was around 10-15 years ago which was a fluoro/dayglo red - something about which makes it difficult for the camera (even film back then) render.

Maybe the CP I had on for all these had soemthignt o do with it?

Sorry, I'm a tilt guy for motorsports - I find level shots often lack dynamics.

Yeah there weren't many holes. And everyone wanted to shoot at the chicane so the ones that were there were a premium.

2&5 are the winners though

not agreeing on the tilt though, 3 would have been better had it been non-tilt. who cares, great shots!
