A few queries on the Universal set - I understand the battery is built into the unit. How can this be replaced?

There has been a bit of criticism in initial user reaction to the "flimsy" antennas which are probably fine for studio work but not robust enough for location.

Several users say while the units are tremendously compact - the small buttons make using the units difficult.

Would these put you off from buying the units?

Absolutely not. Pocket Wizards are a nightmare in comparison.

I am intrigued about PW's. What is their downside other than price?
