BUS cards shipped to Canada

I want to get some bus cards printed. Our own Manipula has done an excellent job at designign them for me.
However, I am having a pain in the ass of a time.
Vistaprints is expensive and they don't take paypal (I'd prefer to pay via paypal)
Overnightprints is going to charge me nearly $70 USD in shipping, and they are becoming a pain in the ass getting everything to fit and yada yada. They do take paypal though.
What are my other options? What about mpix? etc etc.

Canon EOS 30D, Sigma 30 1.4, Sigma 10-20, Sigma 105 Macro, 135L, 430ex, Lowepro Mini Trekker AW, Manfrotto 3001pro w/486rc2 and 804rc2 head, Manfrotto 681 w/ 3232 head.

Also, has anyone used printing companies like mpix or whcc for bus cards?
