Kathy, great capture :) and I agree with Tim, no need to apologize.

Immediately after viewing the photo it is obvious to all but the most obtuse that no harm was meant and that the title is a pun on the fact that Mexico has a younger legal drinking age than the U.S. (obviously, not that young :) but thats why it's a joke:p).


As to the rest, I am lost. How NZ is related to political correctness is related to Hitler is related to bad grammar, I cannot comprehend.
