It kinda depresses me to think about it...
1D Mark III
24-70L
EF-S 60mm Macro
580EX II
three extreme III CF cards
two Ultra 2 SD cards
three optech neck straps
Canon e-1 hand strap (this is awesome, takes a lot of strain off forearms!)
two more Pocketwizard Plus2 units

and a focus screen and LP-E4 battery coming soon.
:( I hope I don't buy more gear for a LONG time....

I've been pushing my luck at weddings with only 2 sets (of 4) rechargeable batteries for my 580 flash. I recently found myself in trouble as I got about 180 shots from the first set of batteries (in the middle of formal shots) and the flash's recycle times started kicking in.... about 20 seconds or so! The group was getting "uneasy" with me asking them "please give me just a second"... so I turned to my wife (assistant) and said "grab that other set for me please. I then put the 2nd set in the flash.... and just my luck... they didn't hold their charge properly and I still had 20 second recycle times. Somehow I made it through that wedding. I posted this experience here on the forums and everyone said "Get you a CPE3 + 2 dozen Sanyo Eneloops and fast!". So, my next wedding is Aug. 4 and I'm about to order those things. Any input from you all on what charger to get for the Sanyo Eneloops? Does it matter? Any charger is fine?

We've got some Uniross Hybrio which are the same kind of thing (Nimh that arrive ready-charged, and hold their charge properly), and we've used them in all our chargers (normal and high-speed) with no problems. I remain unconvinced about the CP battery packs - we've been fine using couple of sets of nimh per flashgun so far.

Rechargable batteries for the flashes is gonna be our next purchase I reckon as I am ashamed to admit that we have used disposable batteries for the ones we have shot so far ..... expensive and not environmentally friendly I know but we decided we needed one less thing to worry about for our first few and swapping dead ones for a pack fresh out of cellophane made that one simple for us.

I bought a ton of camera gear this year, but my most recent purchase that i'm very happy about was a new pair of shoes just for weddings. They look really nice and are insanely comfortable.

I don't know about weddings, but I sure would like to have one of these when I go to Colts training camp in August! :D
