IHBA Drag Boats-Southern Nationals

The IHBA made its annual trip to Augusta, Ga. last weekend and I was there. For a variety of reasons (too much socializing, playing around with the camera settings, etc.) I didn't get as many keepers as last year, but got a few good ones. I am already looking forward to next year.

Thanks for the replies; as to my location, I moved around a bit but was mainly either toward the end of the track or a little ways past the finish line. One of the nice things about that race is that there is a good bit of room to move around.

I vote for #6, boat is cranking and right up on the sponsens. Like them all though, good shots and clear, had to do when their moving this fast.

Nice shots, im a huge dragboat fan, there probably the most incredible things i have ever seen. There fun to take pictures of too!

Thanks for the compliments. I like #6 too, it does a good job of capturing the phenomenal speed of these guys. I am already planning to return next year (this was my second).
