Thanks for the EXIF data. My suggestion would be to lower the ISO to 100 and add another stop to the SS. I like a silkey effect that longer shutter speeds produce.

Nice, but increasing your aperture may have resulted in better image quality. It's very small.

Also, did you apply a blue cast? It seems quite cool.

I don't suppose this one was manipulated either? The water falling into the water would be churning up, not smooth and silky as rendered.
