Loaded of course.

I just added the 70-200L 2.8 IS to mine and its now weighs in at 29 lbs and this is w/o the tripod attached to it.

my bad is about 50-60lbs lol, im not kidding. all those batteries for my flash weigh a ton! id die if i tried to attach my tripod to it.

40-45 lbs with everything. For longer hikes a subset of equipment goes into a smaller bag, how much depends upon the length and climb in the hike.
