i have some spots inside My EOS 30D, i tried already to clean it with a blow-bulb like it is discribed in the manual but still there are some left.
Does anybody knows how i can remove the rest?
On the photo you see there are still some spots there.

Sure looks like dust spots. Try pec pads senor swabs to clean them. I use them and they work very well. Sample/tutorial here: http://www.microsoft.c​om …photo/sensorcle​aning.mspx (external link)

You need to swab those dust specs as they are probably statically charged to your CMOS sensor... An air blower won't cut it... I use "Sensor Swabs" coupled with "Eclipse Cleaning Solution" and it works like a charm.
