OK so she isn't 'wild' but she's a bird  Here's Ruby my baby African Grey parrot. There are more, but I haven't had a chance to edit them yet.

Hope you like :)

Nice shot I like the different colors, and the absents of it too.

I have an orange-wing Amazon and trust me they can be noisy alone too! Ear-shatteringly so...:(

Thank you. Funnily enough she was called Ruby because I liked that name, not because of the ruby red tail. Although now it fits huh? :)

Oh I know Karen oh so well.... I have an orange winged Amazon too and my goodness he/she is ear shattering also. Sadly he/she isn't tame and is a rescue bird so plummage isn't at all lovely to look at in a photography sense.

Mine is named, appropriately enough--Boomer. She is a rescue bird and quite loving and affectionate NOW..but boy when she feels neglected she sounds like a car alarm only louder!! :(

Well isn't that weird. My O/W Amazon is a rescue bird also. I don't know the sex but we just say that it's a HE. Although, could be quite well a she. Won't know until we get DNA sexed.

How did you go about making her affectionate? Coco is very, very scared of us right now.

Thank you Henry :D I was worried at first that the skin on her near her eye would blend in with the white background but hasn't since it's nice pure white so to speak.

Ruby is a gorgeous Grey, Lisa. We have Amazons, a Rose-breasted Cockatoo, lots of Conjures, Love Birds and Parolettes. Not a lot of quiet time at home.

Nice shot.
