I'm just wondering the approx value of a used, black Xti(400D) with kit lens. The camera has around 15000 clicks on it, but otherwise looks new.

Search in the Marketplace, and see what the trend has been. Also, prices on the XTi have been falling. Down to $600 new.

I would say between 2/3 and 3/4 of the cheapest price for new that you can find - certainly no more than that.

Thanks all :D I was thinking about selling it, but it has been such a great camera, that I'm going to keep it. Plus I need it to compliment my username!

Sold mine on Amazon Marketplace 2 weeks ago for $525 with an extra genuine Canon battery within hours of posting. Like new, 6,800 clicks.

Probably less than you could have a few weeks ago. The 20-30D's are flooding the used market right now with the release of the 40D, making all the prices drop it seems.
