Anyone got one of this with camera purchase?

I have received this very nice booklet package from my local store when i got my 40D as extra, just wondering whether anyone else got one? I was being told that it's not something that everyone gets. I am assuming it's only for the people that purchase the 1D series?

It has 6 items inside, they are more or less like products catalogue. Well, some very nicely printed ones:

I saw a pile of those in the store but they didn't give me one. I should go back for the nice pen.

I got the EOS System book with my 40D a red book, very nice.
