Used to have a G6 which I loved, but I wanted something smaller for my purse so I bought a S50

samsung NV-10

I'm considering selling it for a G9 or Leica D-Lux 3... I just hate 4:3 though so anything I get will force me to use it... I'd love one of these:

My Canon PowerShot S40 has been relegated to my "having fun" P&S camera now after getting an EOS 30D DSLR. Back in '02 when I bought my S40, it cost me nearly $1000!!! Great camera. Solid, great quality pics and durable. It has seen it's share of abuse - a 3-week dirty-as-hell camping safari in East Africa, several trips to Mexico, boat house tours, bachelor parties and many crazy weekends. I don't know how many thousands of photos I've taken with it, but I still enjoy it today.

Cheers.

My digital rebel in the green box mode. I can't remember the last time it was used in that mode and tonight I ordered the 40D from B&H. I think it was time for an upgrade.
