Yes it's a bit late. Deadlines from my "other" job kept me busy until this week.
Had the opportunity to shoot and flex my creative power finally as a primary shooter!

C&C welcome. Including you TIM!!

Those are spectacular! I especially like #1 for the beautiful way you "posed" the dress. And #3, what a great candid!

Wonder set.

Any tip on how to get people to jump together so well like #5? :D

#1 and #2 have very nice potential.. unfortunately the hangers of all things are eye sores... maybe a nicer hanger would blend into the image better

#3 and #4 Seems like you had some pesky people taking their own pictures and videos slip into your shots (don't you just hate that :) )

#5 This looks like a very fun shot.. everyone in the image looks to have enjoyed it

#6 The watch... its all I see (though a nice watch, it is overpowering your shot)

#7 and #8 are very nice captured moments

Good Job :D

Yes, it means Sensei in Japanese. I'm not Japanese, just a nickname I got in high school and it seems to have stuck :)

No real trick, I was lying on the floor, counted down from 3 and had them all jump at the same time. Got them to do it about 4-5 times and had my camera on multi burst. I gave them a couple of ideas of what they could do in the air, but for the most part, the more times you shoot, the more creative they become.

Very solid first effort. #7 is almost perfect, expression, composition, etc...I might be tempted to try to clean up her skin just a bit.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
I totally didn't think about the watch...I actually was looking at it while framing the shot and thinking, that's a sweet watch...Thought it may have some impact with the date on it, but didn't think it would overpower the scene so much.

What body and lens did you mainly use?

Main is 20D with 17-55 f/2.8IS
Second 20D with 70-200 f/4IS
580EX on each of them

Switch out with 100MACRO and 10-22 for the odd detail and indoor shot.
