I got a 30 with a 28-135 for just over a $1000 at my store. Sell the stupid lens and buy a macro or 85 F1.8. I'm debating...but I want a 40D and all the deals have passed it seems. Need some good ISO levels and 5D is out of the question.

Please let me know if they still have these available. I was looking for a 30d and was thinking of paying about $750 used. This is a no brainer if they are still in stock.

Just got off the phone with Dawn in the mail orders department and ordered one. You guys are killing me with these great deals! But I think I can justify the upgrade from a D60 at this price. Total came out to about ~$820 shipped to CA.

weird, I called asking for a total and they said they couldn't get a shipping quote till it's actually shipped

She gave me an estimate of $18, which is why I used the little ~ sign in front of the $820. It means "around".

UPS Ground ? the person I talked to said $25-30 to Florida, but he couldnt get an actual price until it's shipped, I went with Fedex 3 day air since I've had problems with UPS in the past

Yes, UPS ground. I guess I'll find out the actual cost when it ships and I'll let you guys know. Somebody else earlier in the thread also said it was around $820 shipped.

Ive bought from Roberts before and the quoted shipping price they gave was pretty accurate for the actual. Had no problems at all.

Received my camera today. Shipping was $17 and change to San Diego. Like somebody else mentioned, it was a 30D with kit lens combo, but they removed the kit lens.

Thumbs up for Robert's imaging. :D

You have to call them to find out. It should be.

I am glad to see StinkyGoalieGuy got his. I have been enjoying mine for about 3 weeks now.
