# Winter in Southern Calif, February by KC Jewel
wow... is this really winter? very nice :D Although your photo doesnot have the 2 point I mentioned for the challange but yours is interesting

# alpine skiers Aussie style by Boutty
hahaha... you have a great sense of humor mate...

# Winter Brr ..... for sporting frogmen by Marie
very interesting and nice photo... I can feel the breeze

#quick run on the lake by Bloo
this photo shows the photographers skill... with G3, moving object, snow... a reall challenge

# Tour de Freeze.. by Andrewaaa5
hahaha... the title is self explanatory... nice catch

# Fishin's Done by Rowdyred94
what a challenge for G3... back lighting and still have detail for the ice.

Though choise but I have to decide, and the winners are:

#1 Bloo
#2 Rowdyred94
#3 Andrewaaa5

Congratulation to the winners and thanks again.

Now Bloo... what is the next challenge :D

Challenge #147 - Winter Sport

In contrary to great previous topic / challenge by Boutty, this time I would like to see sport activities during winter time. So your photo should be related to:
1. Sport activities
2. winter (cold, snow, ice, etc)
I hope this description is clear, I am sorry for my bad English :D

OK, lets see it!

Congrats to the winners! We have no winter yet...still having the trees changing colors and raking up leaves.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Wow. Didn't think I was going to have a chance to be honest. My photo was a shot of my bro-in-law taking his daughter (in the pink snowsuit :)) for a quick snowmobile ride in their backyard which is a lake.

Thanks for the vote!

Next contest coming right up...

Great winners! There's something special about the stark contrast of subject against the snow. Bloo, that doesn't look like a pleasant Sunday afternoon drive. ("Just popping out to the corner store, dear! Be back soon!") Andrew, that's a super shot of the bike! The touches of colour (color?) just make it.
Summer's started here in New Zealand, and rain has settled in for the next week. Nothing pretty about it, unless you're a farmer in a drought area.....
