I was looking into buying a 14mm f/2.8 lens but B&H has been sold out of them for a while, I was wondering if anyone has heard about a Mark II version coming out or any reason why it is out of stock from a lot of retailers.

The light fall off is great. I really enjoyed using it. However...its the moment you are off level, things get very pulled, perspective wise. Its insanely wide. I opted for a Mamiya MF lens and shift adapter instead. Wider persepective across the movement with no fall off or problems of the Canon shift lenses. However, i would LOVE to have the 14L II in my set up. Canon 5DmkII / Canon 5D / LifePixel IR 350D / L-glass
