Well it is official.... I love this lens... This batch is from this morning all hand held with attached 1.4x TC. I hope you like some of them... Thanks for looking I appreciate it.... Take care....Alex

Wonderful series Alex...the statuesque pose of the great egret in the last shot is my favourite. I'm glad you are enjoying the the 400!

Nice series, Alex. Love the 2nd one, with the single water drop off the grebe's bill and the perfect reflection (while he looks like he's checking you out). Also, the pose of the egret in the last one is great.

Paul,

Nice series. The 400 f5.6L is a great little lens. People sometimes look at me
funny when I say "little" lens. But compared to some of the other long lenses, this
is very compact and lightweight. I enjoy using it.
