My favorite is the 85 1.2L but the one I could still shoot almost everything with is the 35 1.4L. I could still make a living with the 35 only.

I think If I get the 35L, (very soon), I'll probably say that 35L is my ultimate "L" lens as well.
I just think it's a perfect FL.

24-70 f/2.8 L would be the one I'd be forced to keep - not because it's the best with regard to image quality, but because of the image quality + versatility.

Of the 3 I own the 24-70L is by far my fav. But to really answer this properly I would need to borrow an assortment of "L" glass. Any volunteers, any one at all? ... didn't think so :(
