I like the last shot of Levi a lot, you got a lot of nice ones. The one of Cipollini is also very nice, I love their jerseys.

Is is a cropt of FF ? @F2.8 ?

That is about a 5% crop, just to shift him to the left a little. And yes, it was at f2.8, 200mm.

Very nice Brad. I really like #3. I see you got the MKII, looks like it is serving you well. Looks like we were about a block away from each other in Santa Rosa. I was in perfect position for the finish and was really looking forward to getting the sprint to the finish. Just as they came into view, 3 guys from across the street stepped out into the street and totally blocked my (and many others) view of the finish. People were yelling at them like crazy, but it was so loud there, they couldn't hear us. Seems like our paths keep crossing...we should meet up at one of these things.

Thanks for these.. I really like the last shot. Bob Roll is priceless.
In the first 2 I am a bit sad that they are cropped so close ie: cropped off the tops of the helmets.. just a nit. Actually very well done.

Thanks for the comments. I am kind of on the fence about the top being cut off. It would be nice to see more or all of it. But, at the same time, I really like the "in your face" feeling of these. And want anyone who looks at them to get the feeling of what it is like to be there, given that at times, these guys are less than a foot away from you.

Pretty impressive lens! This should end all "bad mouthing" of it...:) You should post it in the 70200 sample archives section.

I love the panned shots. Just a little different than the standard run of the mill stuff. Great work to both of you on those.

Like everyone, the Roll picture is just so, well, Roll. Awesome!

Just missed focus on his face and landed it on his shoulder.

People seem to like the shot of Bob, so here is another with Paul and Phil getting ready to go on camera.
