300 /2.8 IS

I already have a 135L and a 1.4X TC which gives me (effectively) what I could have from the 135L and the 200/2.8L. Adding the 300/2.8 would give me 300/2.8 and 400/4 (effectively). I'd also probably get a second 1.4X TC to stack if I had the mighty 300.

I've never eaten tofu, it's that fake meat stuff, right? Always reminds me of something medical, when I see it...

It's bean curd...

Hmm it would probably be down to a 85L or the 300/2.8L IS..

I'd ask for the 85L.

600mm F4. I already have the 400 2.8, so it just seems logical.

If I could be given one lens? 300 f/2.8 IS or 400 f/2.8 IS. If anything I could sell it .

Take all but one away? Dang...50 1.4 might be the one I keep. All my other glass might be better, but this baby rarely leaves my 5D.

I`d want a 16-200mm f2.0 which would be the size of the 24-105. :)

Hey we are talking about a genie here and this would be my wish lens.

Good point. Okay I change my answer to a 16-200/1L IS (4 stops of IS) which would be the size of a 35L. ;)

Is this regular tofu or stinky tofu? [For those of you who haven't smelled the latter, you're missing out big time...]

I'd take a Canon 300mm f/2.8L IS USM, and keep the 24-70 f/2.8L USM.

I would get the 200 1.8 due to rarity and err a just cause. The images are impressive. Other than that I would keep my 50 1.4

7d gripped, canon 10-22. canon 50 1.4, canon 135L, Mamiya equipment.

Hmm... it would be between the 200/2, 300/2.8 or 400/2.8. I think I'd take the 300...just seems like I could find plenty of uses for that thing.

I'd keep my 35L as it is the best all around prime that I currently have. If I could only have one lens though, I'd probably want a 50L...I really like that focal length on any body.

For you- stinky tofu

300/2.8 IS is a popular choice...
