Nice work.
The only thing that may need a change IMHO is the 3rd pic is a little closer than the other two so he is a little bigger. If you can have the crop so he is the same size as the other pics it would be perfect :)
I am being really picky ;)

Nice work Melissa.. He is just to cute.. I agree with PG about the crop but if that is not a choice because that is how the crop was sooc then you could try the layout I put below. I don't know if it looks any better or not. I also did a unssharp mask.. They looked a little soft but it could be my monitor also.. Nice work dear. he is just to cute..

Edited to say that I now think mine is a little too sharp./ Looking at the two I think a slight softness to your collage would be nice, but not to much.

I thought the arrangement in the original post looks more balanced. It puts the two torso shots on the ends. It was attractive to have the face shot (which was center-framed by the chair) to be book-ended by the two torso shots that are faced toward the center. It helped to draw me into the photo. Just my opinion.

Ya know. Now that I am able to compare the two I have to agree about the placement. Having the two torso shots on the end do look better. Sometimes it is hard to really tell if you like the before and after unless you have them right next to each other..
