With a tilt lens or can be approximated in photoshop. You make the DOF shallow so as to give the impression of macro photography, a high viewpoint also helps.

Cool stuff - I'm buying a T/S lens soon and this will be one of the first applications I put it to.

Cool, sorry I jumped to conclusions! I thought the title was fake model as in a not real model....

I took the title as you stating it is a fake as well.

Well it is kinda known as the "fake model" technique as it looks like a model but isn't, hence why I called it fake.
Its a really fun technique that you all should try, I bet you've all got some gem hidden away in your photo librarys waiting to jump out

I too have used the tutorial that alexclc posted...

Here's an example of one I did. It did not turn out quite as good as Anke's though. Anke, I think #3 worked the best but they all look great!

I think it worked well. Fun to try it out though isn't it?

I really like this. The idea is just great. I want to do it with my hometown.

If reminds me of Mr. Rogers. lol.
