I've done a lot of refreshes - can't get anything other than 10%... any tricks?

no, it's still alive. be creative in your searches.
try "canon powershot", "cheap wii", "cheap ipod" and so on. All these are reportedly working. Press "reload" as usual.
And I even got confirmation from live.com that my cashback is pending ;)

I had it on the second page of this thread, looking at a 100-400L, then came to reality that it is a much more "WANT" then "Need". I'll just have to borrow a friends when "Need" comes around.

in firefox it's called "reload", I have no idea what's the name in other browsers, but does it matter much?

How about this?

1. We auction an item
2. we buy the item ourselves from a different ebay account
3. all we lose is ebay fees and maybe paypal fees.
4. wait for the 35% cash back
