OK that was accident i was looking for some beard to shot in the park but for moment i stop it and look it back i do not no way but any way the cloud over the city and the city by him self catch me , the shot it is hand hold, some HDR and leveling in PS (the HDR with - Photomatix Pro 3)

Nice picture I'm not sure if the WB is right, it has a pruple tint from what I can see.
Buildings are a little underexposed to my taste too.
